Correspondence from General Motors to Zeigler Chevrolet dated June 1, 2009


Zeigler Chevrolet has been notified by General Motors that they will continue to serve the Claysburg, Bedford, Johnstown and Altoona area as a Chevrolet Dealer. In a letter sent to Zeigler Chevrolet:


"On behalf of the entire GM team, as GM embarks on an exciting new future, I (GM) am extremely pleased that Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc. has been identified by GM as one of the key dealers for the Chevrolet brand....Part of GM's restructuring efforts include plans for a dealer network consisting of fewer, stronger and more properly located dealers which we hope will allow for higher through-put and enhanced business potential. Your selection as a dealer for the Chevrolet brand shows the confidence we have in your dealership being part of the new GM...Sincerely, GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION"
